What’s the difference between clearance and exterior cleaning?
Clearance removes material inside the gutter channels. Exterior cleaning washes the visible outer surfaces. They address different parts of the job.
Do you flush gutters or test water flow?
Flushing gutters and testing water flow are not standard parts of our clearance service. We focus on removing accumulated debris from accessible gutter channels, with camera inspection where required.
How often should gutters be cleared?
Annual maintenance is a useful starting point. Nearby trees and recurring build-up may mean your property needs more frequent attention.
Can you reach gutters above a conservatory?
Our high-reach poles can help with awkward areas. Send photos so we can assess the layout and confirm safe access before quoting.
Do you always work from the ground?
We use the gutter vacuum from the ground where practical. Some areas may require a different approach, which depends on safe access.
Does cleaning fix leaking gutters?
Removing accumulated debris may help where it is contributing to overflowing. Damaged joints, cracks, alignment issues or problems elsewhere in the drainage system can require separate attention. Repairs are not included in the cleaning service. Tell us about any leaks when requesting your quote.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos can help us estimate many jobs. Include views of the guttering, property height and access around the building. Larger or more complex properties may need a site visit.
